Rates based on double occupancy.
Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 4 people.
3 night minimum.
14 night minimum during Holiday Season.

$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $90 cleaning fee & 11.42% Hawaii tax.
10% discount for 30 nights or longer during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations > 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

"The condo was wonderful. It was our first time to rent a condo for any vacation and it couldn't have been any better. Lovely view out front and back. Loved the birds! The condo was nicely appointed, very bright and cheerful and everything was there that we needed. Even things we didn't know we needed, like the ice chest for our frequent lunches on the go. It was so nice to have a home base and it was very convenient for seeing the whole island. Would definitely stay here again!
